Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email support with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Standard shipping takes 1 to 4 business days and is free on orders over $100. 2-Day and Overnight options are also available. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.

Yes. We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO addresses. Alaska and Hawaii may have extended transit times.

Every order includes free shipment protection. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, email support with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the order.

Yes. Every lot is tested by an independent ISO 17025 laboratory before it is released for sale.

Each lot receives an 8-assay panel: purity by HPLC, identity, appearance, fentanyl screen, heavy metals by ICP-MS, sterility by PCR, endotoxin, and one additional assay the laboratory is confirming.

Certificates are searchable on the Certificates page by compound name or lot number. Each vial label also carries a QR code that links directly to the certificate for that batch.
